Peachtree Hills Place A Finalist for 50+ Housing Awards

The clubhouse at Peachtree Hills Place has been named a finalist in the 2008 Best of 50+ Housing Awards Competition in the ‘Active Adult Housing: Clubhouse Interior Design “On the Boards” Large’ category. Finalists were chosen by a jury of 12 industry experts who spent two days behind closed doors evaluating close to 300 entries. Winners will be announced next month during NAHB’s Boomers and Beyond Conference in New Orleans. (more…)

Paying a realtor to sell your home faster I'm a big fan of the technologies shaking up the real estate industry. Though my perspective differs from the simple-minded view that agents simply make too much money and that technology will only cut the 6% commission to the bone. In fact, I've written previously that innovations in real estate may indeed help agents to charge a premium, to meet a particular need for a home seller -- if they want to sell fast or get a certain price, for example.
