In the most non-news-worthy-news-of-the-day, there were a bunch of protesters in San Francisco who hung a “Free Tibet” Banner on the Golden Gate Bridge. I thought the Beastie Boys already freed Tibet several years back, but I guess I was wrong.

Japanese pretty boy Yamashita Tomohisa of boy band NewS was nearly "raped" (pun intended) by Korean fans at Kimpo Airport on the 5th. The ordeal experienced by Tomohisa made a bad impression on the world's view on Korean fans.

Alright, take this one with a huge grain of salt, but MTV News is reporting that Microsoft is secretly developing a Wiimote-like motion controller for the Xbox 360. The source says that the new unit has been under development since August, and that a new unified interface is being developed by Rare, which has missed a few deadlines.
